These terms apply when you use egchouse.com, including the LinkedIn quiz.

1. Who we are

2. Business customers only

EGC House works with companies and other business customers. Our services are not offered to consumers.

3. Using the website

You may use the site to learn about our services, take the quiz and contact us. You may not misuse it, for example by trying to break its security, overload it, or copy its content for commercial use.

4. The LinkedIn quiz

The quiz is free. Your stage and the suggested next steps are general guidance based only on your answers. They are not a guarantee of results or professional advice for your specific situation.

5. Discovery calls and our services

A discovery call is free and does not commit you to anything. The 90-day pilot and any other services are agreed in a separate written offer or contract. Its terms, including price and scope, apply to that work and take priority over these website terms.

6. Results and testimonials

Results and client quotes on this site come from our past writing work for specific clients. They show what has happened before, not what you will achieve.

7. Content and intellectual property

The text, design and graphics on this site belong to EGC House. Client logos, LinkedIn post screenshots and testimonials belong to their owners and are shown with their permission. You may not reuse them without permission.

8. Third-party services and links

Booking uses Google Calendar, and some links lead to LinkedIn and other sites. Their own terms and privacy policies apply there, and we are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

The website and the quiz are provided free of charge and as they are. We work to keep them accurate and available but cannot guarantee that they are always error-free or online. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of the website or the quiz. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence. Liability for paid services is set out in the offer or contract for those services.

10. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Slovenia. Any dispute is decided by the competent court in Ljubljana.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version.
